I make a chart and blocked out all the times those who posted their schedules were busy.

1. I propose we have a 30 min team meeting after class on Tuesdays to check in, look at what other people are doing, and make sure everyone knows what to do and is on the same page.

2. I propose we have a 2.5 hour work session on Thursdays from 2-4:30. Joni is working in the library until 3, but will be available for questions and hopefully getting some work done while working. She can join us for the extra 1.5 hours after her shift.

Please respond to each proposal with one of the following:
- full agreement/sounds good
- neutral and won't sabotage
- I could be convinced, but I need to know (fill in your conditions)
- Hell no!/ I have an immobile conflict & offer an alternative

Also, keep in mind that once we set times, we aren't married to them. If we discover that eek! there are no labs available to work in or eek! someone's class go moved, we can reschedule.

Sounds good to me as a general schedule.

This week, I have a doctor appointment on Thursday (Jan 12th) in the early afternoon. I might be able to make it to the tail end of the work session, but no guarantees. On other weeks, I will be available.

Well, what if we met on Saturday, just this week, to finish/work on the design doc? Would that be better than being gone tomorrow?

Friday would work better for me. After the LucasFilm company day would be best.

Though, er...I start working AT 3:00 not get off work at 3:00. I don't mind coming in earlier though, personally I hate that 3 hour break I have between class and work anyway

As far as meeting this week, I don't really care whether we meet or not. I would rather come in Saturday than Friday though. My car's going in for work on Friday and Ian's got the day off.

Regardless, I can come Friday just give me a concrete time

*Facepalm* Apparently I was thinking about Thursday as Wednesday @_@ I'm sorry, no you're right I get off at 3:00.

(Up until two days ago I was going to get off at 4:00 on Thursdays so I saw 3:00 and thought automatically--Wednesday!)

Yes, working until 4:30 on Thursday sounds great. I can stay later as need be too, as my next class isn't 6:00
