Rough Skinning
Rough Skinning
Cause I didn't know where else to upload it....
It's not done yet, but the rig's working and he's about half-3/4's skinned
Fuuuu--I must have missed some hair somewhere O.o

Oh the things that go wrong....
So lesson learned. There's a few things I'll never do while rigging again...
In any case, there's a super, duper rough run animation (thatisprobablywaytoslowasis) up on dropbox in quicktime format in case you guys want to look.
And for for Terry, the animation runs 0-17 frames.
I'd be super surprised if I did everything right--but we'll have to check if it works in unity.
If you can get it in, great, if not I'll render out a playblast and have that the milestone presentation.
"In order to import Maya .mb and .ma files, you need to have Maya installed on the machine you are using Unity to import the .mb/.ma file. Maya 8.0 and up is supported. " Sounds like you should be able to just drop the maya file into Unity.
It's still got so many problems TT_TT
